Emily Clarke
Senior Administrator & Cataloguer: Wine and Spirits
Emily joined Dreweatts in 2023 as a part-time Administrator within the Wine department, while also working as a sommelier at The Vineyard Hotel. She brings prior industry experience from Laithwaites and holds WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 certification, reflecting a strong foundation in wine knowledge, service, and trade expertise.
She is now the department’s main Cataloguer, working full-time to manage consignments from initial intake through to post-sale completion. Alongside the monthly online wine auctions, Emily plays a key role in the delivery of themed sales and stand-alone Single Owner auctions, ensuring accurate cataloguing and seamless coordination throughout the process.
Notable sales include Château Lafite from the Collection of Lord Rothschild at Stowell Park (April 2026), Fine Wine, Vintage Port and Spirits to Include a Private Collection of Domaine Dujac (November 2025), and An Important Private Collection of Exceptional Bordeaux in Large Formats (January 2025).
