Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer

Vicki joined Dreweatts in 2024 following her recent appointment as Managing Director & COO of Gurr Johns’ Auction Division. Vicki works across the Auction Division businesses of Dreweatts, Forum and Bid for Wine. She was previously managing director at Roseberys London, where she played a pivotal role in developing and expanding the business fivefold.

With prior experience in Sothebys Arms & Armour department and Bonhams’ Wine Department, Vicki joined the industry in client services and then focused her specialism within 20th Century Paintings and Prints. Skilled in leadership, nurturing of key talent, business strategy and development, she remains actively engaged in the management of departmental teams alongside the broader responsibilities that come with directing a fast-growing auctions business, including a passion for marketing and the use of new technologies. Vicki is also a senior auctioneer.
