Auction Results | Fine Furniture, Sculpture, Carpets, Ceramics and Works of Art | 24 & 25 March 2026

On Tuesday 24 & Wednesday 25 March, we held our two-day auction of Fine Furniture, Sculpture, Carpets, Ceramics and Works of Art auction. Offering fine and rare pieces, the auction placed beautiful craftsmanship, quality of materials and fascinating provenance centre stage. Highlights included a rare equestrian bronze by Isidore-Jules Bonheur which sold for £40,520; a cabinet on chest, once belonging to Queen Charlotte, which realised £30,440; and a Charles I bronze weathercock, with a hidden message of Monarchist support, selling for £6,350. With an engaged international audience, the sale totalled £1,492,600, achieving 114% above the pre-sale estimate.

Commenting on the results, Head of Furniture, Ben Brown said, "The results from our March Fine Furniture sale demonstrate a continued appetite for pieces with provenance and exceptional craftsmanship. We were pleased to see competitive bidding from across the globe for the diverse and curated collection of furniture, works of art, and ceramics."
