Virtual Valuations

We have established a new remote virtual valuation service so that you now can request an appointment with our team in a number of ways. 

• You can book a time to be online with our valuers via a smartphone or tablet using a video messaging app of your choice so that you can take us on a virtual tour of a property and show images of individual items.
• Our valuers can then discuss the items with you, request more information, detailed images and if necessary you can email any relevant information such as existing valuations or receipts so that we can give clear advice remotely.

Home appointments

Following government guidelines we are also able to arrange to visit properties to carry out a valuation in one of two ways.

• If a property is unoccupied our valuers can also be sent keys or safely collect keys so that they can visit a property alone and carry out a valuation. Keys can then be returned.
• In accordance with current safe distancing guidelines our valuers can also be let into properties by clients.

Transport and storage

• Working with a leading international carrier we are able to organise the transport of items nationally and internationally
• We are also able to organise the removal and safe storage of items where required.
